Coach Eads, the Lady Miners all-time winningest coach, enters his 15th season at the helm of the Missouri S&T women's basketball program including leading the Lady Miners to nine straight Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament appearances from 2005-2014, as well as three appearances in the NCAA Division II Tournament in the last seven seasons. Eads came to Missouri S&T after serving as an assistant coach at Southeast Missouri State University for eight seasons. He has also built an impressive resume as a head coach, leading Moberly Area Community College to a record of 199-37 over a span of eight years from 1986-94. Eads also served as the head coach at Moberly High School from 1979-83, where he led his teams to two district titles and two trips to the Missouri state tournament. Eads, who is originally from Trenton, Mo., earned his bachelor's degree in education in 1973 and his master’s degree in education in 1982 from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
